Jakob Butturff , Tempe, Arizona has been voted as the August 2018 Kegel Bowler of the Month by the International Bowling Media Association
Butturff won his second Go Bowling! PBA Tour title of 2018, as well as two PBA regional crowns.
The Arizona left-hander downed Tom Daugherty, Riverview, Florida, 217-182 for the PBA Xtra Frame Kenn-Feld Group Classic in Coldwater, Ohio.

RICHMOND, Va. - Colombia's Maria Jose Rodriguez capped the 2018 Professional Women's Bowling Association Tour season Wednesday by winning her first career PWBA Tour title at the PWBA Tour Championship.

Mesa - - - During the weekend of September 15-16, the tenpinexpress.com, was showing its support of bowling, by working the 39th Annual Arizona State Senior Women's Tournament at Mesa East Bowl in Mesa, Arizona. Mesa - - - This is our favorite time of the year. Attended two league meetings last Monday. This is the new Scratch Match Point League at Brunswick Mesa on August 27. The league ended up with 12 teams. It replaced the AZ Draft Classic League in the East Valley. Congrats to Craig Spencer and Daniel Scott for getting it on the floor.

COLDWATER, Ohio – Jakob Butturff, an unorthodox 24-year-old left-hander from Tempe, Ariz., inserted himself into the Professional Bowlers Association Player of the Year conversation Sunday when he defeated Tom Daugherty of Riverview, Fla., 217-182, to win the PBA Xtra Frame Kenn-Feld Group Classic at Pla-Mor Lanes.
