IMPORTANT UPDATES and August Lane Patterns. B3 Customer Service News - Courtesy Of B3.

Tempe - - - We hope you have had an amazing summer and are excited for the start of the upcoming 2023 – 2024 bowling season! In addition to the August lane pattern calendar, we are posting some updated information about our facility hours and lane pricing that will be effective August 1, 2023.

Our facility has been open for a little over three years now. It is and will always be of the utmost importance to us to provide a premium experience for our customers, wherein we ensure professionally applied oil patterns, as well as a clean and comfortable environment. We have kept our lane prices the same since we opened on June 1, 2020. However, due to rising costs for all the products and services required to keep our facility operating at the highest level, we will be increasing the prices for lane rentals and lessons. The cost for the use of Specto Bowling, Torch-X, and custom oil pattern requests will remain the same.

Additionally, our hours of operation will be changing. Our facility will be closing at 6:00PM instead of 7:00PM on the weekdays. This will allow us to better manage the extremely high volume of drilling, plug work, and surface preparation that is done on a day-to-day basis at Bowl 300 Pro Shop, as well as the comprehensive maintenance schedule that keeps our lanes and facility in prime condition. Much of this work must be completed outside of our normal business hours in order to meet the standard of quality work product and expedited service on which we have built our business, and that we will continue providing to all of our customers going forward.

The start times for lane reservations will also be modified to accommodate the new hours of operation. We will still be offering four reservation times each day.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we facilitate these changes. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. Thank you!

“Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can’t.”
