HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE LOPES!
Phoenix - - - The squad ended 2024 with our annual trip to Las Vegas to compete in two Tier 1 events, the Glenn Carlson Las Vegas Invitational and Collegiate Shoot-Out. Our entire program had the chance to compete against the largest and deepest fields at these events since our team was founded. Read more about it below:
WOMEN
The Lady Lopes saw their first tournament action of the season. They battled hard and learned a lot, with the entire squad improving on their statistical performances from these tournaments a year ago. They were led by veterans Raelynn Boswell and Alexis Anderson who topped the individual standings for the lopes and each respective tournament.
MEN'S VARSITY
The Varsity squad fell short of their goals for the week with lackluster performances on Day 1 of each tournament. They bounced back well on Day 2 of each to make a run up the standings. At the GCLVI, they snuck into the bracket and lost a thrilling match, in a game 6 tiebreaker, to Milligan University. At the Collegiate Shoot-Out, they posted a top 10 baker set to end the week on a solid note.
MEN'S JV1
The JV1 squad got off to a slow start for the week, but rounded into form during the Collegiate Shoot-Out. Big performances by veterans Brendan Bobersky and Liam Bakalich set the tone as they cruised to the #1 seed for the Finals! Unfortunately, they fell a bit short to Tennessee Wesleyan in the 4-game baker match, but each member of the squad should feel proud of their resilience.
MEN'S JV2
These were the first collegiate tournaments for the JV2 squad and was a great test of what they had been working on during the Fall semester. Their energy on the lanes, exemplified by Paul, throughout the week was what collegiate bowling is all about. They were led by extremely solid performances in both tournaments by Bryan Wilhelm, and a personal collegiate best 278 game, at the Collegiate Shoot-Out, by Josh Knox.
We enter 2025 incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue to compete at a high level each season. Thank you so much for your generous support near and far! LOPES UP!

Mesa - - - ALL CREDIT ON FILE HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR THOSE IN OUR NEW SYSTEM! You can find it and redeem it from the floating widget or a dedicated page in the menu both shown in the image below.
Just a reminder, our new system allows for all past tournament winnings to be managed digitally now. There are already members from the 2025 Season Preview Event Bowlero Gilbert (2 Squads) that we just finished, using their winnings from that event online to pay online for our upcoming event SFT AHT Season Opener! AMF Mesa (2 Squads).
Once you have an account created on the new member services portal and you have a monthly or annual membership paid for, we can add your credit on file.
Any credit on file not claimed by the end of 2025 will be mailed and if returned be null and void. This is to help speed up and simplify the check in experience for the members and our staff. This will also keep a full transaction history for you of payments and credit on file usage whether you pay online or in person at the events.
Once we get these new aspects dialed in, and more of our members into this new system we will work on phases 2 and 3 of our system improvements. Phase 2 will be lane assignments getting posted prior to the event for those pre-paid and phase 3 will be incorporating the punch cards, raffle winners, coupons etc into the online system also to make more things digital. You won't have to worry about losing your cards or missing your punches any more.
Any quesitons, or concerns, let us know in the comments or text or call 602-816-6636!
