SFT News - Courtesy Of SFT. Hicks Picks Up First Title At Via Linda.
Scottsdale - - - We were at Bowlero Via Linda today, September 15, for a 2-squad tournament. We would see 82 total entries (54 qualifying and 28 parlays) paying out over $4,500 in main and side event prizefunds.
Bowlers would play on the 39ft PBA Chameleon oil pattern which would play a bit tough with some high scores here and there depending on the pair. We would see a few close matches in the Semifinals with a ninth and tenth frame roll-off to determine our Finalists.
We would see a very close Finals as Darwin Hicks would double up in the tenth frame to win his 1st AHT SFT title and $760.00 first place prize. Congrats to James Roethle on 2nd place and also congrats to Jeff Bandes on 3rd place.
