SFT Suspends Remainder Of 2022 Season - Courtesy Of SFT.
Dear SFT Bowlers,
Mesa - - -For those of you that may not know, the Strike Force Tour AHT is a charter that operates under an agreement with the Strike Force Tour Amateur Bowling Club. Our charter was founded in 2012 by Craig Spencer and has become a staple of our Arizona bowling community. The community, friendships, memories, and personal development experienced by us, and our membership has been incredibly special to the entire SFT team. Because of that, it makes us very sad to inform all of you that due to a disagreement between our local charter (AHT) and the Strike Force Tour Amateur Bowling Club, we will have to cancel all our remaining events for 2022 and do not currently have the intent of operating the Strike Force Tour Arizona Handicap Tour any further. We know that many of you will want more details. All we can say at this point is that we have been disappointed with the level of support and resources provided to us by our corporate level entity. For legal reasons, our team cannot provide any further details, but at this time we believe it is best for our membership and the local bowling community for us to no longer operate our events.
We believe our local bowling community is very robust and will provide our amazing members other events to bowl and test themselves in our absence. This does mean that our point races will conclude as of today, and any non-cash prizes in the form of entries or exemptions will be given a cash value as a substitute. We have always made transparency and fairness a priority, so we will be posting the final standings and cash prizes later. We want our membership and the entire community to know that we are trying to do right by them and handle this situation as best we can.
We want to thank all of you for your understanding at this time, and for all of the amazing memories over the last 10 years.
Thank you,
The SFT AHT Team
