Annual Meeting At Bowlero Gilbert.
Mesa - - - The Mesa Metro Association will hold its annual meeting this Sunday May 19th, at Bowlero Gilbert. The meeting starts at 1 pm. Two new members will be inducted into its HOF. One for bowling superiority and one for service. All of its membership are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.
Mesa Strikers Summer Youth Leagues.
Mesa - - - The Mesa Strikers will be offering three new youth leagues for this summer at Brunswick Zone Mesa. The league starts on Saturday June 8th, at 9:30 am.

Junior Gold Fund Raiser At Mesa East.
Mesa - - - Mesa East will be holding a 'Help us get to Junior Gold' fundraiser this Sunday May 19th at Mesa East Bowl. The purpose of the event is to help raise funds for travel and expenses, for their junior bowlers who qualified for Junior Gold this year in Detroit, MI.
Cost to enter the 9 Pin No-Tap fundraiser is $25, and the event starts at 1 pm.
Mesa East Bowl is located at 9260 East Broadway Road in Mesa.
900 Global Ball Demo At Brunswick Zone Mesa.
Mesa - - - Virtue Bowling Supply will be hosting a 900 Global ball demo at Brunswick Zone Mesa on Tuesday June 4th, from 6 pm - 8 pm. PWBA Rookie of the Year, Daria Pajak, will be appearing at this event for a meet and greet.

Sierra Vista - - - Congratulations to Beverly Gonzalez, of Sierra Vista, who rolled a 798 series in the womens nationals on May 7th, at Northrock Lanes in Wichita, Kansas. She rolled games of: 279, 243, and 276. Gonzalez's series was also the second-highest total recorded in singles competition in the 100-year history of the USBC Women's Championship. She also rolled a 602 series in doubles, and a 596 series in the team event. She currenlty sits on top of the leader board in the Diamond singles and the Diamond all-events divisions.
King Of The Hill At Cactus Bowl.
Tucson - - - There will be a 'King Of The Hill Doubles' event on Saturday May 18th at Cactus Bowl. Both bowlers will bowl six games, and the totals will count together. The top five teams will then bowl in a step ladder finals using the Scotch Doubles format. Cost is $45. Optional high game side pots will be available for $30. Start time is 12:00 pm. Memorial Day Tournament At Lucky Strike Bowl.
Tucson - - - Lucky Strike Bowl in Tucson will be hosting a Memorial Day weekend tournament May 25th thru May 27th. There will be two divisions: Division A, 59 years and younger; and Division B, Super Seniors 60 and over. There will be two squads of qualifying, on Saturday and Sunday, at 10 am and 1 pm. Qualifying consists of four games across eight lanes. The winner of each squad plus the top eight scores from each division will qualify for the finals. Entry fee is $60, and re-entry fee is $50.
