Glendale - - - Hello all!!! My daughter Kendall Bollea is raising funds for her JUNIOR ELITE BOWLING LEAGUEo help with end of season awards, banquet, national tournament entries, and training tools.
Her program she is involved in is the premier scratch bowling program in AZ. It hosts youth bowlers from all ages and all abilities looking to learn more about sport compliant pattern play in a safe and fun environment.
The program is holding a raffle for two winners to obtain a bowling ball of thier choice from the great 7 brands of Brunswick, and free basic drilling from Virtue Bowling
Each entry is a 5.00 donation to her program. You can enter as many times as you like!
The drawing will be held on Wednesday March 17th during the program just after 5:30 PM on the live Facebook feed for Junior Elite Bowling League. We will pick two random winners utilizing a wheel randomizer.

If your not a bowler you can always donate the ball back to the program or to your favorite youth bowler in our program.

Tucson - - - On 27 March 2021 at 12:00pm there will be a King of the Hill at Bowlero Bowl on Camino Seco in Tucson. The pattern will be VIPER and teh entry fee is $55.00 with a $30.00 high game pot. I hope to see erveryone there. Please pass the word to ohers. I will be having KoH's alternating from Sierra Vists and Tucson. A flyer is attached.

RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT
ENTRIES: Entries are taken up to 15 minutes prior to starting. Lane assignments are given at entry.
PAYMENT: CASH ONLY!!!! NO CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!!! NO LATE ENTRIES!!!!
EXTRA ENTRY COST: High Game $30.00 entry (Optional). Covering the qualifying games only.
FORMAT: Bowlers will bowl a total of six (6) games, moving to the right one pair after each game. Based on total pin fall after the 6 games the top 50% will bowl two more and then the top five will make up the step ladder final. MASKS WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES UNLESS YOU ARE EATING, DRINKING OR ON THE APPROACH BOWLING.
PRIZE: TOP FIVE PLACES WILL CASH
REFUNDS: After the start of the tournament, there will be no refunds.
APPEALS: Any discrepancies will be directed to the tournament directors. They will have the final decision.

Tucson - - - Thanks a million to the 8 bowlers who participated in my event today. Hardly any of us knew about the Mesa Masters near Phoenix because they never advertised on here. At the request of the bowlers, since it was a small turnout for a change compared to my normal 25 entries, I switched the format from 8 games to 4 and agreed to let the top 4 scores do a stepladder match play finals based on 1st place qualifier against 4th place and 2nd against 3rd. Robert "Rompin" Cooper , Bryan "the Beast" Van Sickle, Jeff " the Destroyer" Davenport and John "the Jolt" Cook. The top 2 winners of the matches bowled on 2 different pairs of lanes were Bryan and John. Bryan defeated John in the final match 255 to 200.
Congrats to the top 4 and great bowling gentlemen. The cut to make top 4 was -40 for 4. Thanks once again to those of you who bowled and my next event will be in May.
FYI Tucson Bowlers, Mike Garcia will be running brackets at my scratch events from now on and my beautiful future fiancee Dawn will be my partner/assistant at my events. I'm still looking for more positive responses on running a plastic balls only for my next event in May. So far I've gotten 10 bowlers who said they'll come out for it. As always if I get 25 entries, I'll pay the $600 for first and $300 for 2nd as I have been. For every 5 entries over 25, I'll pay $50 more for first place.
