CBE Has Another Successful Showing At Lakeview Lanes.

First off, thanks as always to everyone that came out to the CBE on Sunday at Lakeview Lanes.We tried to make them hard, and once again the talent of the field proved to me that they can score on anything. Scores were much lower than usual, but the talent of this field is just incredible.

ARLINGTON, Texas – The 2018 Professional Women’s Bowling Association season officially is complete, highlighted by Shannon O’Keefe completing a bucket-list item in earning PWBA Player of the Year honors and Jordan Richard reaching the stepladder finals at five events on her way to the PWBA Rookie of the Year award.

WICHITA, Kan. – England’s Dom Barrett won four matches Wednesday on his way to claiming the 2018 U.S. Open, including a thrilling one-pin victory over top-seed Jakob Butturff of Chandler, Arizona, in the title match, 207-206.

WICHITA, Kan. - Jakob Butturff of Chandler, Arizona, once again finds himself one win away from his first major title after earning the top seed for the stepladder finals of the U.S. Open for the second consecutive year on Tuesday.

Butturff will be joined in the stepladder at Northrock Lanes by Kristopher Prather of Plainfield, Illinois; EJ Tackett of Bluffton, Indiana; Dom Barrett of England; and Marshall Kent of Yakima, Washington.

Field Is Set At U.S. Open

WICHITA, Kan. – The field at the 2018 U.S. Open now is complete with the conclusion of a pre-tournament qualifier held Wednesday at Northrock Lanes. 

Total pinfall for eight games determined the 28 competitors joining the main field, bringing the total to 144 bowlers. A total of 116 players already had earned direct entry into the 2018 U.S. Open based on their on-lane performances in 2017.
