Parts Of Golden Pin Lanes In New Pima SCV Center.

Tucson - - - Pima County’s new Northwest Service Center, expected to open in late 2024, will have design elements from the site’s previous occupant that might make visitors want to knock down a few pins.

The facility, the site of the former Golden Pin Lanes bowling alley at 1010 W. Miracle Mile, was purchased by the county in 2018 for $3 million to become the service center. The county plans on consolidating several offices in the facility, according to a county memo from Lisa Josker, facilities director.

Payson, AZ. - - - A big Thank You! goes out to the 42 teams, who made the trip up the hill this past weekend. To bowl in the 53rd Annual MMA Champions of Champions event at Rim Country Bowl. Thank You! also goes out to Rim Country Bowl for the great job they did hosting us on July 16-17. We will be back there on November 6, for the Second Annual Turkey Trot.

SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - In what’s been a popular method to win on the Professional Women’s Bowling Association Tour this season, Erin McCarthy of Elkhorn, Nebraska, climbed the ladder to win the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open.

The 31-year-old right-hander defeated Danielle McEwan of Stony Point, New York, 212-172, to win her first career major title Tuesday at Kingpin’s Alley Family Fun Center. She is the fifth player this season to successfully climb the stepladder to capture a title.
