WICHITA, Kan. - Ukraine's Dasha Kovalova won her first career Professional Women's Bowling Association Tour title and major championship Tuesday by delivering a double in her final frame at the 2019 United States Bowling Congress Queens.

The 24-year-old right-hander defeated Malaysia's Sin Li Jane, 226-216, at Northrock Lanes to claim the tiara and $20,000 top prize, which was broadcast live on CBS Sports Network.

Dault And Gilitiuk Elected Into MMA Hall Of Fame. 

Gilbert - - - Congratulations is in order to the newest members of the Mesa Metro Hall Of Fame. Those being Barry Gilitiuk and Bob Dault. Barry was elected to the hall for Bowling Superiority, and Bob for Meritorious Service. The annual meeting and induction was held on Sunday May 19th at Bowlero Gilbert. Stories on the two of them, and their careers in bowling will follow shortly.

WICHITA, Kan. - After completing a successful collegiate career at Wichita State University, Ukraine's Dasha Kovalova has made her home in The Air Capital of the World and will have the chance to bowl for the title at the 2019 United States Bowling Congress Queens in a familiar venue at Northrock Lanes.

LAS VEGAS – Delegates elected three board members and voted on eight legislative proposals as the 2019 United States Bowling Congress Convention and Annual Meeting came to a close Thursday May 2,  at The Orleans.

LINCOLN, Neb. - Jordan Richard of Tecumseh, Michigan, claimed her second Professional Women's Bowling Association Tour title with a wire-to-wire victory at the 2019 PWBA Lincoln Open.

The 2018 PWBA Rookie of the Year led every round leading up to the stepladder finals Saturday at Sun Valley Lanes and defeated Mexico's Sandra Gongora in the title match, 215-195, to collect the $10,000 top prize.

EAGAN, Minn. - Reigning Professional Women's Bowling Association Player of the Year Shannon O'Keefe of Shiloh, Illinois, collected her first title of 2019 and ninth career victory Saturday at the PWBA Twin Cities Open.

O'Keefe relied on her spare game throughout the week at Cedarvale Lanes to earn the top seed for Saturday's stepladder finals, and she converted a 4 pin and delivered a strike in her final frame to secure a 189-182 win over England's Verity Crawley.
